Got a REAL macro lens (Canon 100mm) and a copy stand.  Here are the results

regular lens - no copystand

and now with real macro and copystand

Maybe too light in color on this one, but the image is much crisper.

Which do you like better, the black or white background?

Even tried a RED cent

The 33dright looks better for color.  They are sharper than the regular lens ones.  As for black or white background, I am not sure.

I think I like the black background better.  I'm working on me an office, or den, cubie hole, what ever you want to call it.When I get it done I hope to have me a cometed place to take coin photos. Now I'm in the dinning room and every thing is just kind of pilled up and it's a real pain to do photo.
