Do you think it really helps? I've done a few auctions that were no reserve and free shipping. I'm thinking maybe the no reserve would be enough to attract buyers, and a reasonable shipping rate would be fine. I'm not sure if I'm doing myself any favors by offering free shipping as well. Thoughts?? I guess this question is kind of about the psychology of the buyer...  Huh

Does not matter to me.  I figure out the price i am willing to pay, which includes any shipping.  If I am willing to spend $100 and the shipping is $5, then i will bid up to $95.

I think it would be a question of reasionable shipping more than free shipping. I don't care to pay shiping but some sellers use shiping to make there proffit. I know sometimes even Amazon will get me on shipping if I don't watch. You can buy 3 or 4 items and they will ship them seperit and really lay it to you some times. Selling things with no reserve can come back on you also. Just about every one, myself included will bid that first .99 cents in hopes no one else will see the item.  Grin  Grin

That is what I do too, when buying.
