Now that contest 6 is over, why wait around.  Time for another contest.  This one though is a little different.  Many of you have exhibited your wonder photography skills along with either unique or beautiful coins on this forum.  So…..

One of my other sites, http://www.mycoinpictures.com/ is in need of more photos.

There will be two (2) winners in this contest.   YES... 2 of you.

Winner #1 will get a 2001 Unc set (both P and D).  The sets contain the state quarters. Half dollar and SAC with of course the penny (cent), nickel and dime.  This will go to the person having the MOST approved numismatic photos.

Winner #2 will be a random pick based on number of approved numismatic photos.  So if you submit 1 photo, you have one chance,  If you submit 10 photos, you have 10 chances out of how many photos there are.  Winner #1 is not eligible for this one.  Winner will get a 1990 or 1995 mint set or some other comparable prize.

Rules:  (Yes there are rules)

1.   In order to enter, you will need to register on that site.    www.mycoinpictures.com. Registration is free, and I will never sell or give away your email address
2.   Photo must be cropped to avoid unnecessary white space.  In other words, do not submit a photo where the coin is only a small part of the picture.  The coin should take up most of the picture after cropping.
3.   Photo must be clear.  No fuzzy stuff
4.   Photo must be placed in the correct category.
5.   Winner will be responsible for PM me your mailing address.  I will pay for shipping, etc, yes even to a foreign country (if I can)
6.   I will be the final authority on winner eligibility.  For example, if your photo is not clear, cropped, etc, then that photo entry may be void.
7.  Contest ends Jan 31st.

Good luck.  You can also post any questions in this thread.

#1.Is there a way to upload more than one photo at a time? As in 10 or 20 photo.
#2.When I have the obverse and the reverse of the same I would just as soon have them to come up as a single photo. Is there a way to do this on this site?
#3.Is there an edit buttion some where?
#4. Don't you get tired of me asking all these questions?  Grin

1.  I think so, but I have never tried it.  I did a quick google search and it looks like there might be, bt it is not easy.  I will have to try it some time
2.  No, there is not.  Most people who combine them do so in photoshop or some other image editing software.  I use GIMP, which is free, but not easy to master.  I recall Adian posting links to one or two of these.  I have never tried them so I cannot tell you how easy they are to use.  While I would prefer one image with both sides, you can post either as long as it is pertinent.   For example posting the reverse of a 2008 D cent would be pointless because one would presume it would be the same as 2007, 2006, etc, except of course if it was a variety. Posting the obverse of that 2008 D would be good though.
3.  Edit button?  Could you explain more?  If you click on your photo, assuming you are logged in, it will bring up a bigger image.  Under that image, a few lines down are a bunch of icons.  hover the mouse over each one.  One will say edit.  This will allow you to upload an updated photo or change wording, etc.
4.  No way  Grin Grin

First, I want to thank all the folks who contributed.  There are many excellent images of coins from the US as well as from many different countries.  Some of the banknotes are downright beautiful.

Now, the winners:

The user id with the most uploaded images is MORGAN
The random winner is sketcherpbr

PM me your address.  Thanks
